All Products sold are customised and made to order based on the design, text, or images submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, spelling, and design details are correct at the time of order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Customised Products – No Right to Cancel or Return
Due to the personalised nature of the Products:
- Items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
- This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes customised goods from cancellation rights.
We will only offer a replacement or refund if:
- The Product is faulty, or
- The Product does not match the approved order specification.
6. Artwork & Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure all submitted designs are correct and final.
- We are not responsible for errors including (but not limited to):
- Spelling mistakes
- Low-resolution images
- Incorrect colours or positioning approved by the customer
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use the design
- The design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
7. Production & Lead Times
- Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume.
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but cannot guarantee them.
8. Delivery
- Delivery is arranged via third-party courier services.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the goods
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Evidence (e.g. photographs) may be required
Where a fault is confirmed, we will:
- Replace the Product, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

All personalised golf balls are made to order. Please check your image carefully before submitting as printed balls cannot be returned unless faulty.
