At Yourgolfball.co.uk, we take great pride in the quality of our personalised golf balls. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because all of our golf balls are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully using our live preview tool before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a print error that differs from your approved design
  • Incorrect (wrong product, quantity, or personalisation)

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s)

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, before production begins. After this window, we are unable to cancel orders as your balls will already be in production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
